A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

I have been teaching yoga and fitness for more than 18 years and practicing my entire life. My passion is teaching healthy alignment through yoga and fitness training to help increase long term mobility and health. I also specialize in working with pre/post-natal women to help reconnect with their bodies and regain strength and alignment after childbirth and owned Fit4Mom Santa Monica for 6 years before transitioning to more studio group classes, private training, and recently, live online classes and training.
I hope to teach those newer to fitness to love working with their bodies and learn how to safely practice yoga and strength building skills, and to inspire experienced practitioners to find new ways to challenge themselves.
National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT), Fit4Mom pre/post natal, YogaWorks training with Annie Carpenter and Lisa Wolford with continuing studies with many well known yoga teachers, and in other modalities including Barre, Boot Camp, HIIT and Suspension Training.
